We decided to list with Jeremy after our friends achieved excellent results with the sale of their home. The best way to sell a house is:

When our friends got this, we knew it was our time to sell as well. We called Jeremy and he was so quick to respond and came out the next morning. He was very Professional and showed up armed with information and advice. We loved the timeline he gave us, 6 days from when we pull the trigger! We gave him the green light. A professional photographer, drone footage, the 3D matterport, magazine style booklet all lead to a quick sale for our friends as well as us. We sold in 5 days with showings from Thursday to offers on Monday! $46 over asking with over 30 showings and 7 offers. We have never sold a house with such ease. It was amazing!! Jeremy quietly handled the “business” on offer day and advised that he was “on the way with offers”. When he arrived armed with 7 big envelopes, we were beyond belief! Jeremy posted the house at fair market value, which we were willing to accept, and advised from there the “sky is the limit” and boy oh boy!! $46k over asking is a dream come true. While we love our current home, our dream home on the lake awaits! Congrats to the new owners who sent a love letter with their offer, we love knowing the house will be taken care of by another young family. It was meant to be.
